I'm a radiologist who reads tons of back MRI. It's incredible how many people have atrophy of the supportive muscles deep in the low back (multifidus) from never getting into a full flexion. I've started recommending the Jefferson curls and seated good mornings I learned from you anytime i see this atrophy in a person with reasonably healthy looking bones and discs. Imagine the pain and suffering (and money) people can save by healing their backs with this. Literally billions of dollars, and a huge contributor to the opioid epidemic.

Just listen to your symptoms and allow for feedback time so you know if it's a motion that will cause a lingering flare-up. If you experience a flare-up, try minimizing the intensity or holding off on that particular motion. Sometimes, with subsequent motion, we tend to feel better. Unless you lack sensation from that area, your body should tell you.

I was in a massive plane crash at 8 years old. Multiple discs got pretty messed up in various ways, along with both my hips. Somehow I didn't even know I had these injuries until about 18. I made no effort to rehab myself for the next 23 years. At age 41, having constant back and hip issues, at 6'3" 120 pounds, I had basically given up on my body. Then one day I just said enough is enough. I've been working out for 3 years now. I was SO weak, and definitely didn't know what I was doing when I started. I made alot of mistakes. I lacked discipline, I tweaked my back more times than I can count. I endured excruciating sciatic nerve pain for a few months. The setbacks seemed endless. But, I stuck with it and I've been educating myself with brilliant channels like this one. At age 44 I've put on 25 pounds of muscle. I'm in better shape than I ever imagined possible and I feel better and better every day. I used to look in the mirror and cry, and well, I still do, but these are tears of joy. Ben you have been a huge source of inspiration and education for me along the way. Thank you!

I fell off a roof and broke my lower back when I was 18. I never thought that I would overcome the nagging pain in my lower back and hips.
I’m now 30 years old and I’ve been training ATG for 2 years. I’m more athletic than I’ve ever been and completely pain free. I can easily drop into the full front splits and I’ve almost developed a full side split by training the ATG split squat and cable pancake.

Treat the elbow just like he teaches the knee program. If you can complete light curls without pain, then do high reps frequently to promote blood flow and healing. Same goes for tricep extensions with a resistance band. Find the level that you can work at pain free and train it twice a week.

I'm in my 50's and one of my goals is to run a 10-second 100-yard dash. I recently was the anchor on a 4X100 relay team competing against athletes in their 20s, 30s and 40s and must say I was the fastest during the race despite me having patellar tendonitis in both knees as a result of overtraining. So during the two weeks prior to this race I focused almost exclusively on ATG exercises to bulletproof my knees. Lo and behold my knees felt great before the race and I pushed myself near 100 percent. To say spectators jaws dropped was an understatement.

@@TheKneesovertoesguy Sharing my story is the least I could do as you've provided me with not just the motivation to perform athletic feats but enabling me to do things I never thought was possible at my age, largely out of fear of getting injured. My next goal is to dunk a basketball like I did when I was in my prime during my late teens and early twenties. For me, there's nothing that gives me more satisfaction and pleasure from an athletic standpoint than to dunk a regulation 10-foot rim. I should also mention that I never took performance enhancing drugs, putting me at a disadvantage to many I've competed against in the past. The ATG method levels the playing field giving those who take the natural route the ability to heal, recover and resume training ASAP without PEDs. But then again, many of such ones whom I've competed against have torn ligaments, tendons and muscles, setting them back several months, years or giving up sports altogether--so going natural is the best alternative in the long run if one knows how to train properly.

You've really done something special with your entire presentation. Been observing you from the earlier days and you have been maintaining a really nice balance between quality and the need to make money. You have always been so giving with the free level while providing clear benefits for the paid level.
I'm an often-poor hobo with an authority complex so it's nice to be able to continue learning from you without having to pay. But the quality of customer service was obviously high during my experimental month of ATG membership. I know structure and repetition will bring results but I just can't do that so I take ideas from you and play with them and learn a lot.
Your mom was just lovely in the email exchange we had, such a nice lady. I really vibe with people who walk their talk. Thanks for pulling all this together. Very very helpful. Couple of your videos a few months back have been really encouraging for me concerning knee mobility and reduction in back pain. I have every intention of eventually getting atg certified as a coach but I just lost my job, have to move and we just had our fourth kid... So in the near ish future... That said I have a lot of respect for the way you put this information out there and make it accessible.

A minute in and I’ve had a revelation. Since I herniated my L3 18 months ago, I’ve had weakened inner thighs. Thank you thank you for your amazing content and God bless 🙏🏼👊🏼
