Looks like an awesome routine overall, not just for the pelvic floor. Also, those "coughs" / forceful exhales are an eye opener for some easy reflexive core work 🤩
You are long overdue for a "thank you" note from me. This video is the best ever!! One thing I really have to cue myself with though is to keep my ribs down. I know that's a bit "controversial" to say but for people with serious pf disorder, I find it to be pretty crucial in the beginning. Thoughts? Anyway, major, major improvement from this video & the resets. It's the head movement magic for sure ;). I've been a fan for years but finally had my "aha" moment. For anyone with lower cross syndrome and a stubborn anterior pelvic tilt, all the stretching & strengthening can help but nothing will work as quickly or as completely as resetting your nervous system with resets. It can help your vision as well, but that's probably for another video ;). Will be visiting Our Lady of Knock shrine later this week & you can betcha that I'll be offering up some prayers for you & your "mission" ❤! God bless you Tim!
@@OriginalStrengthSystem A little over 3 weeks in & my pelvis has stopped pulling me into an anterior tilt - all the tension that pulled it literally melted away. Feeling stronger than ever. No wonder you're like a crazy man shouting this stuff from the rooftops lol.
One of my big issues is my mobility. I am not able to do the sleeping baby pose, or whatever it is called. The other day, you posted a video doing jumping pushups, which I tried but because I cannot get into a squat or anywhere close, my jumping pushups ended up being regular. I will keep trying. I really enjoy and learn a lot from your videos. Thank you. Everett
I guess I deny it because I don’t do it? The movements I’ve learned I have not learned from yoga. But it is cool, that they are yoga moves, so maybe I do know yoga?! I would not mind saying I was a Yogi if I knew that I was

Yes!
2:59 doubles as a pelvic floor exercise and method of taunting your adversaries at the gym. Ensure you hold eye contact
😂😂😂😂😂
Great addition to daily morning routine to integrate a variety of resets encompassing entire body. George Kotjarapoglus

Great Video !!!
Shame this doesn’t have more views
Is this suitable for postpartum recovery? I am looking to rebuild my core, 11 weeks after my second natural birth.
It’s actually a great way to recover and help the pelvic floor remember its role with the diaphragm.
But as always, check with your medical professional
Nice
🙏
Good
Thanks
I could feel my diaphragm contract after sniffing and puffing
Tim, it cracks me up you deny doing yoga. It must be a fundamental Christian thing.
