i bought my Jack without the scope rail, put the proper handle on it. matches the wood. purchased a polish surplus slant brake. finish matches. very happy.
Hey guys, long time collector and amateur builder/kalashsmith here and I also happen to own both of these rifles. Also, luckily for me I also have the military kit rifles of both exactly military spec down to receiver blanks in some.cases and its excellent for comparison granted WBP is not Polands military provider though it does provide rifles to other militaries worldwide. My opinion is that end to end the WBP is superior to the Zastava for a number of reasons, though I do believe the Zastava would hold up better to regular barrel mounted grenade launching. The best comparison I have to the jack is an 85 circle 11 AKM and if I were to sanitize all the parts it would be hard to tell the difference (excluding the jack's parys that actually are produced by FB Radom), the jack is a TRUE AKM made in military fashion and not a commercial amalgamation like some of Arsenals stamped models, even though they are excellent rifles. To sum it up, I think the couple hundred extra dollars is well worth it for what you get, unless you want to get into the world of parts kits which is another conversation entirely... cheers! ✌️
@@MrMravery well i already have a 762 jack and a 556. i just want another one because its so nice. i wont use it really. i also have two parts kits being done. one polish one tula.
@@MrMravery yes I paid 1700 to Atlantic firearms ---i know my gun is milled but someone said a stamped gun will last two lifetimes and a milled three=lol you may have got a much better deal.
Looks like a good muzzle for the BD2, but is meridian defense Chinese company? From my life experience, companies website Donn't have much information usually will be Chinese companies.
Seen the manufacturing process on these...very very impressive...the best cnc machining out there...and there test fired 30 rnds before boxed....

great gun I just got a arsenal sam 7 r from atlantic.
The SAM7 will probably be next on my list, though I really like the Jack and will be hard to improve on it.

Meridian Defense, US company builds custom AKs
WBP, do USA broń wysyłacie a dla nas Polaków (cywilnych posiadaczy) to nie ma . Wiadomo kasa musi sie zgadzać
$1200 each, $400 , $300 more than Cugir and Zastava AKs.
Polak płaci mniej. Zapomniałeś, że to biznes.
That sucks!
