Frickin from acefrog having like an 8 hour run, to closetowar grinding out countless runs to get like 5 hours, and now you achieving the dream of 1 hour. Great job!!
Any%, Plat%, and All Medals have Monica fight the longest against Dark Element. No Debug literally kills in 1 hit with Monica, and NMG uses Max instead. Plat% and All Medals has to build up Monica anyways, and the strat is the same here except the weapons are built up normally and do about half the damage. I think she's considered the stronger of the two in those runs because her fast 5 hit swords do amazing damage until Chapter 8.
There's Any% No Major Glitches which uses all the smaller glitches that save very little time. Otherwise, the run hasn't been completely glitchless in years.
Important to note the game can not be reloaded from a save to keep using debug mode and triangle resets all the glitchy stuff in debug mode and Unlocks all guest characters
You can also turn the camera at an angle and since you’re technically diagonal as you say. You run fast too Like going down dungeon hallways or the stupid race
Love seeing my childhood get broken like this. Recently started playing this game again on the PS5, forgot why I never completed it 100% as a kid until I got to spheda and it hit me immediately. XD
I activated debug mode! is it recommended to save the game like this though? and once you restart game, the debug mode is no longer there. how do you get it back?
I wouldn't save the game with it, there's ways to corrupt the game so badly it deletes your saves. You have to redo the glitch every time to get debug mode back, so you can't really close the game.

Not true, the PS2 can't handle certain glitches because it crashes for whatever reason while an emulator can, and unlocking the debug menu is just one of a few examples of the PS2 version crashing while emu/PS4 is fine. The PS4 version even has the same visual glitches as PCSX2, so the PS4 is likely not even backwards compatible, it's just running an emulator to play the game.
You mean when starting a new game? You can change Monicas outfit there if you finished main story line and start a new game, you have access to the outfits of your previous game.

Whenever I played this game as a kid, Monica was always the best character, I always used her to grind ABS to max out my stats.
Is there a category where she gets to do more than 2 hit the final boss?

@@JackAdams0 Nah, Glitchking's the one who found the glitch. I only found a few extra ways to use some of the glitches.

I loved this game as a kid but as an adult wowwww the story is beyond cliche lame every villian has a good guy back story and everything is clunky
