We have a beardie is named Star what we use that the vet recently they asked a bunch of questions one was what kind of substrate we use we told them crushed almonds the vet is 100% happy with us using it. You can buy a bag of crushed almonds it's natural and won't cause impaction in bearded dragons you can get them in pet stores or you can order it online oh yeah vet also says watch out with crickets they can potentially kill anything cause they carry parasites you can try dubias they are safe for them to eat and also do greens for them to if you haven't already.
