Just what I need! I felt a bit tired this morning because I didn’t rest a lot yesterday. I notice that my mind got very distracted. I’m taking it easy today. Thank you. The meditation felt uncomfortable but that is a sign to rest more for me!

Tried to do this in a room with my two little kids... that was not a good idea, lol
So I just did workouts 13, 11, then 12, this one. I have to say doing this one last was so nice. I loved the gentle stretching first and then going in to the meditation. I ended up meditating sitting on my couch with a heating pad and blanket cause I was cold. It was so nice and relaxing! I love these videos so much. Thank you Hannah for putting together this wonderful 30 day series. 💛
Really nice! Loved the backing music. Perhaps a little too fast paced, would be nice to enjoy the stretches and breathing for longer.
