I’m not able to go to the gym since my fiancé has begun his weight loss journey (which I’m so happy for him!) and I have my son at home and not able to go with. I have had a hard time sticking to anything and I typically feel discouraged. I’m only on day 2 but I truly love doing this! I will be doing the full 30 days I can feel it. Thank you!!!
I'm so glad I found this!! I've been so out of shape for years now and this is hard enough that I'm tender after but gentle enough that I can still go to work without the achey soreness. Thank you!!!!

Hi Hannah! Quick question for weak-core people like me. I can do most of the steps except for the part where you go from lying down to an upright position. Even the modified beginner technique makes me shake! 🤣 Any advice or other alternative moves? Thanks a lot!
