    first time doing Pilates and this was amazing! Will be back for day 3, I think this will be the only 30 day challenge will actually complete! Thank you so much. Amazing instructor!

    I will start in the morning (Lord willing) I was following Lydia Mera she is lovely but she does not give you a verbal command so I will try your 30 day starting manana ❤

    Day two completed. Definitely easier than day one but I feel like i'm still progressing on my muscles!

    I’m not able to go to the gym since my fiancé has begun his weight loss journey (which I’m so happy for him!) and I have my son at home and not able to go with. I have had a hard time sticking to anything and I typically feel discouraged. I’m only on day 2 but I truly love doing this! I will be doing the full 30 days I can feel it. Thank you!!!

    Finished Day 2. Day 1 was so tough! I even get up at midnight while asleep as my body is aching wild.

    I'm so glad I found this!! I've been so out of shape for years now and this is hard enough that I'm tender after but gentle enough that I can still go to work without the achey soreness. Thank you!!!!

    Hi Hannah! Quick question for weak-core people like me. I can do most of the steps except for the part where you go from lying down to an upright position. Even the modified beginner technique makes me shake! 🤣 Any advice or other alternative moves? Thanks a lot!
