    I am on day two and absolutely loving your Pilates. I appreciate how gentle it is to the body and that you move slowly. Instructions are easy to follow.
    I have a difficult time sticking with any workout routine. But I’m very hopeful that I will stick with yours. It’s fantastic.😊

    Man the last challenging move before the cool down was very hard! I don't know how you can do the move for so long. You are in great shape! Thanks for another awesome workout. Lots of love!💛

    The hip exercises are pretty difficult for me. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to move the legs because it feels ‘unusual’.

    I love the variety of the moves in your videos, but I wish they were done for longer/more reps! Sometimes I feel like I've only started to feel challenged then we're on to the next move haha

    Great workouts except the piano music drives me crazy! Please can u choose something more soothing
