These are very similar symptoms to what I have... It's an excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder blade that travels deep within my right arm (kind of deep between my bicep and tricep) down to my forearm. I'm having wierd "fluttering" and spasms in my collar bone and forearm arm too but these aren't painful.
After three months of physio nothing helps, it's reduced slightly but any upwards pressure such as resting my elbow on a table and it's instantly agony again.
Can I please ask what was the medical cause of yours?

These are wonderful! The towel mobility stuff can often get my lower traps to seize up, so I suggest starting veeeery gently if you're sensitive in lower traps. Doing it *just barely* can be a huge help for me!
Another thing that's helped me in case there's any merit to it, doctor: I'll gently massage a knot in my neck (very gently) while slowly looking up, down, left, right. After about 5 reps of that, the knot melts away!

I’d been in pain over two weeks, have two herniated disc C5/6 and pinched nerve with more root nerve damage-MRI showed that significant deterioration with herniated discs (l think he said) and I received an injection but he put it in C7/T1 on Tues and it worked and felt good til last night and now second night up all night! Worked 3 whole days!

Going through this right now. My neck hurts so bad. If I sit too long my neck will burn like crazy. Numbness down my left shoulder. It burns, stings, everything. My face even got numb. Got scared and called EMS. They said it was a pinched nerve but I never felt like that before. It still happens. Been like that for the last 5 or 6 days. Gotta do a MRI. They said they can find out more. They did a cat scan and said nothing was wrong with my brain. I get headaches like crazy. It's a little better but this definitely changed my life and really cant do much. I haven't worked in 2 weeks because everything is uncomfortable and painful. Ima try to work Monday but very lightly because I need money. Thanks for the video. Ill try some of these excercises. Thanks for the video

I’m dealing with the same thing right now, was it numb on your forearm and under arm and shoulder and pain in hand and wrists and tingling? That’s what I’m experiencing right now , the doctor pretty much told me the same thing that it’s my ulnar nerve and median so it’s most likely a pinched nerve but it’s been giving me so much anxiety since I have chronic health anxiety

@@jokesonyou222 Hi. That was a crazy time for me. Mostly pain down my arm and legs. There was some tingling. It just scared me a lot because I never felt nothing like that so it probably gave me anxiety. Its been gone for a while now. Most likely it was a pinched nerve. It just takes time to heal. I just got lots of rest. Ice packs on my neck, did those workouts mentioned in the video, prayed and overtime just got better. It was rough but it eventually went away. A pinch nerve will get better. It just takes a little time. Feel better, get plenty of rest and follow those steps 🙏

Hi Doc, Thank you for taking so much time out to help people in pain. I tripped over a kerb and wentbflying into a brick wall resulting in bulging C5/C6 and trapped nerve in my right shoulder. I have been in excruciating pain for 9 weeks have paid silly money for acupuncture, osteopaths etc. Have been gulping down Tramadol Co codamol and now Pregbalin.I am on a waiting list for CT Scan to administer steroid injection. Shouldn't a professional be trying to manipulate the discs back into place or are we trying to achieve this ourselves by these exercises ? I eagerly await your reply 🙏🙏🙏

Had 2 neck fusions since 2019. Have constant severe nerve pain from upper neck, across both shoulders & upper back, down both arms, to the finger tips & left leg, to toes. Why the foot? It's relentless & really brings me down. Just finished 10 wk. of physical therapy & that "SEEMED" to work a teeny, tiny bit. I have to do my exercises every day & that got to be too much, so went to every other. I have to give the muscles time to recover.

These look great and going to try them this morning. Been having some vertigo going on lately. I got injured a few years back and in that developed a pinched never in my neck that went down my right arm. Went in for pt and over time it cleared up but my neck has never felt the same. Funny I always have felt like my equilibrium was never 100% and then about 6 months back I got hit with some scary vertigo in the middle of a workout. The room started spinning to the point it put me flat on my back. It went away and I was like wow that was scary. Then about 2 weeks ago it happened again one night while watching tv and again yesterday. So I am going to try these exercises for a bit and see if that improves how my neck feels. Thank you so much.

I had bad throbbing sharp sensitive pain in the back of my lower skull and neck but couldn’t really pin point where it was just agony pain and realized that my skin felt numb to touch and inflammation but felt like deep inside my body pain and I’ve tried everything even Epsom salt so I figured it was a pinched nerve. The neck pull with the towel helped relieve a lot of pressure pain brought my pain down to at least a 6 😮‍💨👍🙂 better than a 12 pain 😅
