    I feel your pain. And I understand the fixer mode. First my hugs to you and second thank you for sharing and helping us all heal from child loss.

      Thank you for your kind words and for offering understanding and support. It’s so easy to slip into “fixer mode” after such a devastating loss, but healing is a journey we take step by step. Sending you hugs as well, and I’m grateful we can all share in this space together.
      I post lots of content on grief and grieving if you'd like to subscribe to my channel for free resources, also if you'd like to join our mailing list I will be sending more information that way as well. I am determined to turn my pain into purpose by helping others grieve. mentallystrong.com/start-your-grief-journey

    I am so sorry for your loss. I just lost my 52 yr old daughter who was my best friend. I now belong to a "club" that I wish I never had to join but our children have their own destiny and "so many breaths" as do we and accepting that is a big part of my grief work. Its a day at a time! Blessings to U and all grieving their beloved children! XJudy

      I'm truly sorry for your loss, Judy. Losing a child who was also your best friend is an unimaginable pain, and my heart goes out to you. Taking it one day at a time is a wise approach, as grief can be an unpredictable journey. 💔🙏❤️

      I'm deeply sorry for the tremendous loss you've experienced, losing both your son and significant other within such a short period. If you're in crisis and don't feel safe, please reach out to a helpline or emergency services in your area right away. They are trained to provide immediate assistance and support. Please consider reaching out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who specializes in grief and bereavement. They can provide you with the necessary support and guidance as you navigate through this difficult time.

    I like your videos but why do you call yourself Dr B even though you’re a nurse?

    • @CristiBundukamara
      @CristiBundukamara  9 місяців тому

      Hello Cheri! Thanks for asking, I am very proud to be a nurse! It was my time in academia and being a professor, all my students lovingly called me Dr. B because my last name is difficult to say, and it stuck.
