I lost my mum in July and since then my life has not been the same. I pray that Allah (SWT) forgive her shortcomings, grants her his mercy and forgive every Muslim who has passed away Ameen ya Hayyu ya qayyum
I’m a revert and my sister and I are not close and have a lot of issues since I accepted Islam. I want to keep the lines of communication open, but won’t tolerate toxic or gaslighting behavior in my life anymore. The prophets (PBUT) are such amazing examples of dealing with hurtful family and other betrayals, I know I will fall short because I cannot easily forgive and forget. If you’re reading this, please make du’a for me and my sister. May Allah guide her to Islam, that would solve most of the issues. InshaAllah

JazakAllah Khair for mentioning that grief can be in many forms, not just the death of a loved one. One can grieve over loss of unfulfilled dreams, loss of health, loss of time, loss of missed opportunities, etc. Ya Allah, please give us barakah in our health, wealth, time, sleep, and rizq, Allahumma Ameen.
To my mother Nana Aisha bint Muhammad and all the members of the ummah that have passed away. Ya Allah, Please Forgive them and grant them the highest rank in Jannah. Ya Allah pls make their qabr a peaceful home. Ya Allah expand and illuminate their grave with light. May we all be Sadaqatul Jariya for our parents. Allahumma Ameen. I lost my mum on Friday 25th of Dhul Qadah. She was really looking forward to the first 10 days of dhul hijjah so she makes good use of them😭, but you plan and Allah plans and he’s the best of planners Alhamdulillah.

Assalam o Alaikum. I just turned 22 and my father died last week. My brain is mostly fogged. My roommate is very kind as he ignores it and bears with me with patience because I sometimes get lost in thoughts when he is talking and can't focus. I try to be patient but it's hard, my heart literally aches like it never did before... But I try my best to accept this from Allah, I keep saying razi tu billah hi rabba'an completely as mentioned in hadith three times after fajr and maghrib. Moreover, Alhamdulillah ala kulli haal also. I keep praying for my dad. But sometimes, I get really really sad... like I really want to just hear him talk, just see him... Indeed whatever Allah does is a blessing for us, Alhamdulillah. Indeed He is with the patient. Hasbi Allah.
Asalaamu aleykum this video really Put my soul and my self to gather I really don’t want talk about it the worst thing is when nobody knows what happened to you and people try to call names the pain that you have and you’re struggling to find myself because I had a lost too but the Quran is the best friend that I have

My beloved father passed away last year due to COVID-19. My whole family tested positive for COVID-19 too. It was really hard to endure it, especially when you can't give a proper goodbye, couldn't kiss your father for the last time, and most tragically, you couldn't attend the funeral. The pain is excruciating. But I know Allah loves him more than us. May Allah reunited us in Jannah, Allahuma Aamiin 🤲🏻🤍
Assalamu alaikum warahmatullaah wabarakatuhu, This is the hardest part in life to human at large. But islamicaly, your thoughts and focus on to keep all your tides to Allah and he will lead you to tranquility at the end of the day
It’s amazing that I was watching “the firsts” every day and a thot struck me that all these pious individuals left the world in the end .. so I guess it made me come to this realization .. and shortly after , I lost my father to covid. Am sure My realization helped me in dealing wth this lost. That to Him we belong & to Him we return .
I know the pain of losing a child. My son died before he had a chance to take his first breath over 16 years ago. I never questioned Allah why. I leaned on him for understanding. This was the hardest death I’ve ever experienced in my life.
My brother name is AbdulRahman he passed away few months ago. Please pray for him.. He was a REAL man, he was kind, wise, generous and merciful soul. He was 32yrs and been sick for 18yrs but had so much patience and gratitude to Allah he taught me alot about Allah swt.. I miss him dearly and pray he is forgiven by Allah and is granted Janatulfirdous...Ameen
SubhanAllah these discussions surely helps me understand this feeling that we get so much involved in our worldly connection to our dear ones that sometimes somewhere we get lost in realizing that these sense of connection was placed by Allah Subhanatala Himself so the ultimate goal for creating these love and dependency upon the connectivity of loveable relationships is from Allah Subhanatala so that the circle of or rather the Triangle of love is complete we love our dear ones and we do that because to gain Allah Subhanatala's pleasure
Masha'Allah what a concept. May Allah SWT bless yaqeen members and everyone involved abundanthly and put every tiny bit of effort to benefit. Allahumma ameen. ❤ from 🇮🇳.

This series is amazing. I lost my nan in 2012, then my father who was disabled in 2013. I rushed home in the early hours and saw my dad had passed as I hugged my mother, and had to stop myself from screaming. A year passed and could not grieve. Then my auntie died a few weeks later, then six month later my friend had committed suicide. Now I have reverted I am finding it easier to handle my emotions effectively. Also to help my mother whom lost her brother twenty years ago to suicide. I make dua for my friend my family, and my mother to try and ease her pain.
Allah swt took my beloved mum in 2021, and had I not had Islam, my beautiful Deen I don't know where I'd have been. May Allah exonerate me for my pain, for the pain that hurts my very soul. May I be reunited with my beloved mum in the best of places, who I miss so truly that I know Allah swt knows too. Ameen Ya Allah

Can someone plz answer my questions?? seeing my dead pet in jannat is my biggest wish And an waiting but as in quran it's mentioned All animals will turned into dust at the day of judgement so where is my pet now??😭am very sad devastated Alone am not a teen or a kid
1 - Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 2 - whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme) Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One " [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071] 3. La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah) [the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076] 4.SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest) The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685] Abu Sa`id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Perform the enduring goods deeds (al-baaqiyaat al-SaliHaat) more frequently." They asked, "What are these enduring good deeds?" The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: Takbir [Allahu Akbar], Tahlil [la ilaha illallah], Tasbih [Subhan'Allah], alhamdulillah, and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.

*Benefical message to anyone whose parents or closed one passed away* 🥀
The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) once said as reported in Tirmidhi, 1376:
“When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except three: sadaqah jaariyah (ongoing charity, e.g. a waqf or endowment), beneficial knowledge (which he has left behind), *or a righteous child who will pray for him.”,*
The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) also said:
*A man’s status will be raised in Paradise and he will ask, ‘How did I get here?’ He will be told, ‘By your Son’s Dua'a (Children's prayers) for forgiveness for you.”*
There are certain others things we can do as well for example *Doing Sadaqah or charity on their behalf*
*The best form is Sadaqah Jariyah is giving water*
The Prophet (SAW) said: *“The best charity is giving water to drink"* so giving water is a great charitable act that brings us closer to Allah (SWT).
There are many ways to give Sadaqah on behalf of parents like donating a copy of Qur’an, building a water well, donating affordable amount for building masajid 🕌, paying fees for Madrasa children's services, Medical bills etc
Donating water to masajid or to the poor whenever possible and if applicable giving water to birds and animals regularly with good intentions
A man told the Prophet (saw) that his mother died a sudden death and did not have a chance to leave a legacy in her will, and that were she able to speak, she would want to donate to charity.
He then asked if the reward of charity on behalf of his deceased mother would reach her, to which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, “Yes.” [Muslim]
In a report cited by Imam al-Bukhari in his famous work al-Adab al-Mufrad, we read, “A man approached the Prophet asking, “Is there anything I must do in terms of kindness towards my parents after their death?” The Prophet replied, “Yes, there are four things for you to do: Praying and asking forgiveness of Allah on their behalf, fulfilling their promises, respecting their friends, and fostering their ties of kinship….”
So let's make sure to do a lot of Dua'a for our parents and the whole Muslim Ummah in general
May Allah SWT forgive, bless and unite us all in Jannatul Firdous

Ameen dear sister. Your father is not dead, rather he is alive being nourished and taken care of by Allah.
Ameene
May Allah grant him the highest level of Jannah!
May Allah bless the sincerity and the effort of Sheikh Umar Sulaiman and Sister Sarah. Aaamen
What happened to him, what type of sickness?
Mashaallah tabarakallah Fadilatu Dr Sheikh Omar suleiman may allah grant you firdaws andyour beautiful family always powerfull motivation 😍

SubhanAllah, may Allah make it easy for you and your family.
Jazakillah and Jazakallah!

1 - Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071]
2 - whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme)
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One " [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071]
3. La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah)
[the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076]
4.SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest)
The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685]
Abu Sa`id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Perform the enduring goods deeds (al-baaqiyaat al-SaliHaat) more frequently." They asked, "What are these enduring good deeds?" The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: Takbir [Allahu Akbar], Tahlil [la ilaha illallah], Tasbih [Subhan'Allah], alhamdulillah, and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.
i’m so proud of you appi!!🥰❤️ @zainab ahmed
