    Finallyyyyy someone that leaves garlic whole!! I love whole garlic cloves in dishes; prevents it from getting burned while also skipping the messy, sticky part of having to peel and dice it.

    New subscriber here. Love your videos. I'm curious about the black thing on top of the stove. Is it a vent? Microwave? Cheers

    Add some red bell pepper to those bad boys. Then put your fried eggs on top. And let the yolks drain on top 😋 😋 😋

    Great and easy recipe! Not sure I’d eat the skin on the garlic clove, tho so I would probably peel it before I cook it.

      Don't they have to be fished out later on?
      Not sure I'd wanna bite down on a piece of garlic

      I like to keep the peel on, so they don´t burn and it gives them a buttery texture :) much love

      Sounds like he eats the skin. He replied but still never mentioned when they get removed.

    Another great recipe, thank you! I do have a question, why do you leave the ends of the onion and garlic when cooking, even if there are roots visible?

    • @lindalangart
      @lindalangart 3 роки тому +1

      Apparently, if you leave the root of the onion on, it doesn't release the vapour that makes your eyes water. Not sure about the garlic, he sliced into them and said that it makes it easier to take the skin off after they're cooked. Maybe he didn't want to burn the garlic

      He never did remove the skins from the garlic. Only mentioned it is earlier this way. Maybe he throws out the garlic later. Who wants a whole section of garlic in their mouth?

      @@tonystubbs9888 Thank you for your reply. We eat whole garlic cloves quite often. They are really good when roasted.
