Awesome! My cousin gave me a quick start with my potatoes. After after dicing and rinsing , place in covered bowl with small amount of water into microwave for 2 -3 min.; then you can proceed as you directed. I am having this for tomorrow breakfast. Thanks for providing this on a Sunday!
