Ithu pannuna thana weight koraiyum
lunch ku - 3 karandi rice badhila oru karandi sadham , 1 karandhi poriyal badhila 3 karandi poriyal sapidingo weightu thana korayum, mudincha oru boiled egg with yolk daily..
Morning and nightla reduce 50% of idly , dosa or chapathi with anyone dish add 1 cup kabuli chana or brown channa or green gram daily weight thana korayum this is low carb diet
Water intake 1litre/20 kg weight, if a person is 70 kg then 3.5 litres per day. Drink mouth filled water on regular intervals (do not drink water to fill stomach at a time)
Eat only window 8am 2pm 8pm appadiyae pasicha 4 badam sapudunga thanni kudinga.
Daily walking 30 to 45 min must
Resistance band strength training exercises
