Thanks Richard. Appreciate you checking out the video. We do things a little bit differently to other channels. Am trying to teach the kids while learning new things myself. Most importantly, like you said, they get to play with a lot of stuff we restored 😉👍
You have the monopoly on rusty tricycles , but let's face it they are in the best hands , your finished products are super wow awesome !! Love how your videos differ from each other and we DONT get boring repetition like some of the youtubers !
Well done, what are the girls like at rebuilding lawnmowers ? Good to see all that training paying off. Soon they will have their own channel. Nice job on the three wheeler 👍👍👍
Thanks mate. Fixing the lawn mower is too easy. Just plug the battery to the charger 😁. One kid likes to be the actress, and the other one is a movie director. The video editor needs a payrise 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for watching. The old rubbers have a groove that sits inside the rims. They also have a steel wire inside. The neo cord is round, so most of the adhesive is actually filling the space between the rim and the rubber. 😉
The best restoration yet mate. Fantastic seeing the helpers/hinders working with you. Your training is paying off. The brazing is a new skill I can’t remember seeing before. Although you really need that lathe buddy. Bushings are so easy to recreate. Too bad we don’t live closer.
Thanks Wayne. This one your comment came under is a Triang. Regarding the red one I just did , am gonna say Cyclops. " May be one day someone might correct me" 😂👍
From California: amazing…your daughter took the whole trike apart. What a great experience for her👌
@@lynettemayhew1723 Yes, she enjoyed that 😄
Cool video good to see your kids are involved and I get to play with what they fix

Wow, you keep finding these vintage scooters / tricycles! Great job.
Thanks, mate - I think they keep finding me in desperate need of a new life 🤣👍
Well done! 👍🏼👍🏼 With a tight deadline, too! Good to see your apprentice doing well. She's definitely her dad's daughter!
Thanks mate 👍 Yeah think the eldest is almost ready to take over. She's already telling me how I should be doing things 😉🤣

Nicely done! Sanding JB Weld is much harder than it looks! 😃👍
Thanks mate. You absolutely correct. 3 seconds of video, 3 hours in real life 🤣
It's great to start them young learning how to use tools. She's going to go far!
Thanks mate. Hopefully they are learning skills they could use later in life 😉👍
Nice to see you teaching your kids some practical skills. Restoration is a passion that needs to survive and this is the best way to make it happen
Thank you my friend. Hopefully, through little restoration projects, we are creating valuable family bonds 👍

Thank you for checking out the video. Yes, the kids can not have too many of them toys 🤣👍
Awesome job! Your helpers did a wonderful job and their color selection was perfect. Enjoyed the process and your video editing!
Thanks, mate. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I have no decision-making when it comes to paint colours 🤣👍

It looks so beautiful after renovation 👍👍

OMG so much adhesive on those rims....feel sorry for the next person that restores it in 50 years....good job.

Thank you Magdad 👍
Very nice job and great color choice.
Thanks for checking it out. As you saw, I had no involvement in the choice of colour 🤣

Another great restoration and video 👍, did you ever find out what brand the trike was?
Thanks Wayne. This one your comment came under is a Triang. Regarding the red one I just did , am gonna say Cyclops. " May be one day someone might correct me" 😂👍
👏👏👏
Thank you 👍
Good work, where did you get or what size rubber did you use for the tyres. Thanks
The rubber is a 16mm neoprene cord.
She'll be able to do the whole process soon!
Hopefully, I can then sit back and give instructions 😁👍
