Watching from the US, I’m a helicopter mechanic working for the Marine Corps, I love your work, it’s very inspiring and driven by purpose. Thank you very much for your work. 10/10. Have a great day!⚡️
I’m from the USA. I’m an old woman, so I have no current profession, though once I taught theology. I’ve always been very curious…which has sometimes been seen as idiosyncratic and unpredictable. In truth, I am very predictable…..anything wonderful fascinates me. Your videos are fascinating. What you choose to restore, and then, how you do it, I think shows real imagination, humor and ingenuity. I think you’re wonderful!
Wow! Cool!👍 Great respect to all military personnel! You protect people's peace and tranquility. I'm glad you liked my work!😉 What do you think I need to improve or change in my videos? Maybe you have some suggestions?🤔 Have a nice day!☀️
Watching in awe from Scotland. Its not only the skill, attention to detail and knowledge of the materials but am impressed by how you know how everything works!! 👌👍😎
If I didn't see it with my own two eyes, I wouldn't believe it. The talent and skills you have are amazing. The best part was attaching the Emblem. I actually got the chills. God bless America 🇺🇸.
This was especially interesting to me since my Dad and both his brothers served during WW2. The middle brother actually landed in Normandy on D-Day. My Dad was serving with the US Navy in Ireland during the invasion, the younger brother served after that since he was the baby. Watching you restore this lighter reminded me of my Dad's Zippo he carried with him until he quit smoking later in life. He passed away June 2, 2013. I remember him coming home at the end of the war as he left the train how excited I was to see him. It's a privilege to see your restoration and how beautiful it is. A big 10 from me here in the US.
I’m a retired Marine and barber whose sunset hobby is portrait pencil artist. I love learning about practically every craft. Your restoration of the lighter was beautiful. The after result is amazing. ♥️ 🎟️🫡

this is especially touching to watch because my maternal grandfather was one of the paratroopers (101st) who landed during D-Day, and took shrapnel during the course of the landings. I'm from the US, and am an artist.
I am currently a Hot Shot driver (Basically deliver vehicles all around the United States but my dream job is doing exactly what you are doing! Well that and furniture restoration! I've wanted to do it my whole life but for about 20 years I was a bad alcoholic and addict which got in the way unfortunately. But I have just over a year clean and things are going amazing! I'm making the kind of money that will make it possible for me to purchase literally EVERYTHING I will need to be a restorer in about a year and a half and I couldn't be more excited to finally be so close to having my dream job! Love all the work! Id give it a solid 9/10! I'll be looking out for new videos and in the mean time watching others I haven't yet seen.
Wish you had a picture of one that looks new so we can see what it should have looked like from it's first being made and what great work you do to restore it.
Im not very familiar w/ the expertise needed to bring these old treasures back to life. So, I'd not be fair in rating your work w/ a numerical figure. But..watching your work reminds me when my Dad & I would hang out . He, like you, had a do-hicky 4 every need. Most of his tools were from his Dad, (my Grand Pa, died @ 43 of appendicitis 😢) Being with my Dad, "working" w/ him ect, always soothed me-as do your videos. Of course your well organozed set up & tools is WAY more sophisticated than I've seen! You, Sir, merit a full blown 100% not 10 outta 10! Thank you! 💯☺️
