@Stan Marsh A joke needs to be funny. You aren't.
I don’t normally love it when new people get added to my favourite channels, but I adore Sohla 😭❤️ she can do no wrong
I’m so glad she stood up against BA. I loved watching her there but I always felt like they were holding her back or I wasn’t seeing her full potential and talent. But now in the BCU I get to see her incredible creativity and talent come out. I love her so much!
BA is what, please? I feel ignorant.
@@idaliagonzalez4218 Ah, thank you.
"Stages of Water Hot-ing" had me rolling.
I love how basically she made a more complicated frozen lasagna that you can actually eat.
"We had to do a lot of weird things to learn one useful thing." -Sohla's advice to live by!
Can we get Sohla to dress up as Doc Holliday and do the “Say when” as a running gag for this show 😂
Yes please?
Sohla's apron today has made me realize we are living in an alternate reality where Velma decided to go to cooking school.
Breyer: Viennetta is coming back
Sohla and Babish: ICE CREAM LASAGNA
I love that she can go into detail about her intense food ingredients here. On BA, I wanted to know more about her food chemistry knowledge!
you know, i dont think ive ever thought in my life "man, i wish edna mode from the incredibles would teach me how to make ice cream lasagna some day, if she did my life would be complete" but after watching this i think i have finally fulfilled my purpose in life
I do hope Sohla does come back to do this series again when her schedule opens up. It’s just so fun.
A concept: the semolina ice cream, a ricotta whip cream, a reduced marinara “strawberry sauce”(likely served warm) and Parmesan-pecorino sprinkles?
Boomtown, lasagna sundae 😂😂
I love listening to Sohla talk about the science of food, it’s honestly incredible to just hear how knowledgable and how much of an expert she is at what she does
6:18 wait that technique is so smart why haven’t I thought about it before
Is the series over?
There’s a hipster coffee shop that also sells “gourmet ice cream” in extremely eccentric flavors in my town, and I remember they had a caramel and cheese ice cream option on their menu
all i can think of is the phineas and ferb episode where candice makes cheese flavoured ice cream
Y’all don’t have cheese flavored ice cream??? 💀
14:46 "This is not something I think anyone will make"
Now we NEED David Seymour to make it
"Everything you've heard is a lie." ~Sohla El-Waylly, 2021
"I wouldn't eat this for anything" oh NO LOL
"Freeze! This is a firm-up"
Someone having lots of fun with those title card captions, haha.
Timestamp's 14:09, for those interested.
Mr. Rogers: "You're special just the way you are."
Sohla: "Everything you've heard is a lie."
Me: "I KNEW IT!"
No! Mr Rogers would never lie!!!
It's amazing to see someone's special brain working in full capacity. I'm glad you found her, babish. You both are very lucky.
Bon Appetit really didn’t want to pay Sohla look what they’re missing out on

@@alexvandu1 ah... I've never seen it combined like that before, lol 😆
At least he works from home...
@@danielleking262 I have seen people say something like “Yesn’t” as in yes-no. (i think) i think it’s just to show things in a shortened form.
No new Stump Sohlas in 4 weeks! I really hope you guys are making these c: I really enjoy these!
As someone immuno-compromised, I can say thank you for ensuring you pasteurized the eggs.
I feel like you would get the same experience just eating frozen store bought lasagna.
I love this show, but also, one of the best things is that it’s on the weekend. Nothing comes out on the weekend-very nice way to start my Saturday!
what about saturday morning cartooons?
Eevee Vollyballer ain’t exist anymore
This reminds me SO MUCH of the BA Carbonara episode that made me fall in love with the mad genius in front of me! Keep it up, Sohla
When will there be another episode? :'( asking for a friend
Her initial contract was for 10 episodes, this being episode 10. She's still doing videos! The History Channel features her
