Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell shoulder workout a try! You get a full shoulders workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

HELP !!! I injured myself doing reverse flys. I can do all other exercises, but there is sharp pain in my right shoulder when I 'try' to do reverse flys. What injury is this ?

Mr Roy There's not a right amount of weight 2 everyone. Use whatever is hard 2 u till the end but still u gotta be able 2 do the movements properly.

As for the workouts, still plugging away but ironically I have torn my rotator cuff and my exercise regime is currently aerobic based. Thank you for asking!

I did this with 3kg (=6.6lb), and I'm a girl who can't even do one proper push up😅 I did the workout routine twice in a row because the first time I had too heavy weights, so I couldn't do the exercises properly. It's important to find the correct weight for one's own level.
I had to reduce to 2.5 pounds. It is crazy

While I was doing the reverse fly, I suddenly lost some control and on the way down my dumbbells actually colided and one of them slid into my hand. The result was it busted and actually broke my thumb's nail, causing it to turn a terrible blue then purple. Guy's remember control! These exercises are meant for you to maintain tension so don't drop or lose any control like I did!

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

I always make sure I have my a solid amount of carbs in me before workouts and up the protein and fat intake afterward... I personally like pre-workouts with caffeine content below 250 but above 150 and the reason for that is any higher of caffeine will actually restrict the blood flow which is why many companies put it above that so you also need to take a nitric oxide amplifier
Anabolic Aliens i couldn't with my regular dumbells so I filled two bottles of wine with water and used then lol. I did it! Now I'll get to my dumbells eventually
I’m literally back to this after the lockdown. My gym is closed and I only have a few weights at home. This is great.
This guy is great. He doesn't have to curse like the others so I am not embarrassed to keep my volume turned up while others are around. He also has a variety of 5 minute workouts that really work and you can feel it when you complete each workout.

Oh and ive been doing 3 day circuits tell me if theese are good or if it could use some improvement- day 1 forearms, biceps, shoulders, day 2 chest and abs and day 3 legs a run all of the workouts are your dumbell ones
Nice, and on day 1 just make sure to hit the biceps before the forearms!

This workouts probably one of my favorites, a lot of workouts make 5 minutes feel like a lifetime with the same exercises just looped but this seemed to go ridiculously quickly, and my arms are dead 😂

This is perfect, just what i need while working from home. Stand up, stretch and hit it. Using a 5KG for most of the set but a 10KG for one or two of the exercises. Thanks again for the great set (and the others). Shoulders and bicep today and totally pumped.

It depends on how many of these you do, I’ve personally been doing them twice a week and I’ve been getting amazing results
