    I always feel exhausted and doctor advised me take vitamin B12 medicine for anaemia ...please advise me of which yoga is beneficial to get rid off fatigue, exhaustion and Medicine

      For fatigue and exhaustion, consider practicing yoga poses like Child’s Pose (Balasana) for relaxation, Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) to improve circulation. These can help rejuvenate your body and reduce stress. Remember to also follow your doctor’s advice regarding vitamin B12 and anemia.

    Please reply my question - whenever I started doing yoga aur any exercise, i starts with very basic and normal but still the next day my body can't handle myself. It's paining alott. And i really do it in a very calm and relaxing state. I don't know why it happens. 😢...i did it for my back pain but now since last week my whole body is the uneasy state.

      ​@@harshikajain4953Mere sath vi aisa hota hain. I also give up. My yoga practice continue just for 3-4 days. But I believe if I can tolerate the pain and countinue yoga it will be fine. And pain actually means that it is causing good effect on your body. Fat tissues are breaking.

    Paschimottasana honestly is the most difficult one for me.
    I am trying everyday so hopefully I will get better at it :)
    I am happy to note that there is a beginner level. I was starting to think there was something wrong with my back.
