This is great. Alternating nostrils, breathing through one nostril then exhaling out the other is a great variation of this. The breath of fire technique first thing in the morning will really get you going, too
I absolutely LOVE the combination of the birds, bowls and waves. Have only ever listened to these separately…but this combination is like next level! I only came across Dr. Mandel this morning, and have been listening to him since getting home from work. Wish Id come across him a lot sooner than today 😊🙌

Because people are often so sedentary and have learned to breathe more shallowly, that original ratio is hard for them to do. This one works better for beginners. For those of us who find that this is too easy, just increase the times of each component. There are all kinds of patterns. It is not etched in stone.
Do you know the purpose to begin with? There are many benefits you won’t sense due to physiology but it’s certainly beneficial for many vital organs in terms of functionality and perfusion.

I have Asthma and every time they do the breathing test they say, I need to breathe faster 😂😂😂😂 I am a slow- breathing patient, it’s stressful to be forced! I always feel dizzy 😵💫 after the test
Ever since my area has gone to 5g my blood pressure has been through the roof. All my blood work is normal. Was recently wondering if it was 5g related.
