Also if you choose the whole scallops they mentioned the lively aromatic roe the raw scallops have So incorporating roe into a sauce or utilizing it in your dish in some way could set the scallops apart from the crab or clams but I personally would NOT have chosen razor clams ( I don't even know what they taste like l, I dunno their texture, I dont know their flavors)
