DRL Module Issue || The Civic is Winking - Part 2

  • The passenger side headlight doesn't work as expected. Also, the DRL warning light on the dash lights up when your turn on the headlights. There is also a buzzing noise.
    I thought about replacing the DRL module... but first I'll try fixing the broken one in the car.

    Thank you! Finally got rid of the super annoying buzzing noise that would come on sometimes when I'd lower the parking brake. You the man

    Wow thanks for this video. I basically just put enough solder on my iron to tin it and get the contacts hot enough to reflow the solder on them.
    No more buzzing, and now my DRL, low beams, and high beams work on my 2003 Acura 1.7 EL (previously only low beams worked)

    Thanks man for showing me where it was located i check under the steering wheel took the glove bix out and even went under the hood by the battery.... didnt even notice the other compartment next to theft of the wheel... was pretty tricky to get out but i managed.. i actually bought a new one

    Can i send you a video of my drl module somewhere and can you tell me if its ok? Cause i re soldered everything and it was my first time soldering and it didnt fix this problem any help would be very much appreciated
