**You can get up to three harvests from well grown wheatgrass (nutritional values)**
**For those who have a concern about calcium in wheatgrass**
• Calcium is an essential component for guinea pigs to keep their teeth and bones healthy but too much calcium can cause the formation of bladder stones.
• Adult guinea pig (average 900g-1kg) needs around 130mg of calcium daily.
• 8g of wheatgrass is approximately 30mg of calcium.
• Calcium is also found in guinea pigs nutrition staples such as hay, pellets and veggies.

Hi! The first time I planted the wheatgrass it was very successful! But now I am planting it again, and it is starting to grow but now the grass is growing much more pale than the last time. It is a very pale green. Do you think it’s because it is getting colder and maybe not enough sunlight?
Sophie Packer hi! it’s possible! yellowing can be a sign of over or under-watering, either too little light, or a lack of nutrients. The wheatgrass is still good to consume though 💖
They can’t over eat right?. I have 4 pigs can I put it in the cage for whole day? Eat as much as they want like Hay?

Does the dirt matter as there are many types such as indoor potting dirt dirt for outside or could I just dig a hole and use that dirt
