- Ok guys get ready to feel the burn!! Today's killer ab workout includes 10 different ab exercises. A little different format today - I'm going to have you perform each exercise 3 times before moving to the next! That core is going to be on fire by round three!! Work at your own pace and of course, take rests whenever needed. Six pack here we come!

Amazing, I've been waiting for a long ab workout. Thank you Heather!!! You really inspire me on how strong you are, usually I'm dead at the end of all of your workouts and I try to not do the exercises all sloppy and I look up and you just keep going!!! But I feel like I'm getting even stronger every time (because of you!!!!!)
This is the best abs workout out there, i swear, i have tried sooo many abs workout, but this one’s killing it. You can see your abs standing not even completing the workout till the end. Loveeee this channel. You should’ve had waaaaaayyyy more subscribers

This is my first time trying out your account. This video has made me so happy after seeing improvement and has made me burn fats that weren’t yet burned. As well as seeing rest sessions at the end, it made it way more worth it than expected. Thank you so much for these wonderful workout sessions for people in quarantine and in gyms!
I love this workout so much! Any suggestions to reduce neck pain though?
I agree. 3 rounds of the same exercise in a rough was the reason I would get neck strain. It would be nice to alternate between sets of exercices to give the neck a break.
Try and focus on ur abs, I'm assuming this is for sit ups but I used to have this same problem, try not to use your neck to push you up, I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS
I felt the pain so sharp and intense until I didn't feel a thing. Killer workout!!! please do another one 12 weeks or something like that I got my body exactly as I wanted to be and I can't love myself more!! The exercise with you, for me is like stress relief!! It's noon now I have a ton of work to do today but I started the day positively !! Thanks to you!!
This workout's title today was very appropriate...KILLER. also had to take a few breaks...but you kept boogying along...not a sign of weakness showing! :) you're the best and a gifted leader for us followers

This was just perfect! I injured my ankle recently, so that most of the workouts are not possible for me at the moment. But here I could just change the plank parts and had a challenging workout for today!

Half way though this and it played "get me out of here" ... very apt. But finished it and feel great now! I think routines like this are very important during these times. Can't hear those thoughts when your abs are on fire! Thanks, thanks thanks...

My favorite part of this video--seeing Heather take a quick stretch in the middle of an exercise. Doesn't make me feel bad about when I have to do that cos she's in a 1000 times better shape than me.

Week 5 day 5 done, killer abs for july calendar i'm dead. this week was a real challenge to me. i'am sore every where i means EVERYWHERE but ridiculously feel AMAZING AND GOOd. I did this on Monday and today is Wednesday and I am sooo sore. I needed to use my arms to pull myself out of bed and I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. And thank you Heather for sticking your tongue out during the 3 set over several of the moves. I felt the same and it's nice to see you looking a little fatigued. Ha
I am doing also 12 week program and taking extra abs...ohhh God this was absolutely a killer and I can feel my abs burning 🥵 thank you for this amazing workouts!!!

I haven't worked out in a month. Lost my motivation 😪. I found it again and decided 2 do the October calender. I really struggled through this. But I didn't give up. It was hard but I did it. Please Heather make more 30 minutes abs.

I'm in the middle of the 6 week low impact program but got delayed a week because this particular video made its debut on the day I had the stomach bug! Tired to do it then and but couldn't make it through the first exercise. Feeling much better and capable of tackling this workout today!
After a long time, I felt your exercise difficult for me to do.... It was more than awesome.... My weight is 48.7kgs now.... Was an amazing journey from 56.5 kg in a span of 4 months.... Love u heather

Hi Heather, i absolutely 💯 loved this. I request you to make this same follow routine for 2 rounds each and please include a side plank with variations. A 15-20 min complete workout would be great.

I did this workout and get sweaty in begging days and after 2 days I don't feel that much burn🔥 I got used to these activities now 😁
The first half was alot harder for me than the second half, so I played it backwards and it worked well :)
