I’m going to try this. I stopped eating meat a few years ago when I got really bad food poisoning. Just can’t stomach it anymore. Was bad for 2 weeks and lost so much weight. Weird how the brain works.

I stopped eating fast food an now everytime I eat it I get a headache an feel like crap after. I only eat fast food every now an then I'll wait an go home an cook a meal before I eat fast food unless I have a headache an need something in my stomach now I'll stop an get some fast food

I “Quit” dairy, eggs and other non meat products but I still occasionally find myself eating meat once in a blue moon, it’s usually prepared for me and I don’t wanna be rude, I feel like if the animal already died, is cooked and in front of me, I feel better to just eat it and not waste the animals life completely

@@crestfallenwarrior5719 wdym? Vegan mince is probably the most convincing substitute I've ever had, even my grandma was shocked at how meat like it was cause it's so easy to fake. With it being the tastiest, it's probably the spices and herbs used in the dish that made it so tasty.

As a vegan i have been doing these dishes during my lunch break and not only are they easy to make but they are sooooo good and healthy! I feel more confident in the skills I’m gaining and am excited for more!

yeah frying vegetables in sesame oil and drizzling over some sugary chili sauce with more ingredients than you can count is certainly very healthy for you

Hex Clad, but don’t waste your money - they’re insanely overpriced and will last just as long as a mid-priced equivalent non-stick pan. I recommend Oxo Good Grips or Tefal.

Thank you chef. Cauliflower steak and this spicy cauliflower are delicious. Made it (hadn’t some ingredient so I’d used flour, Peruvian chili, jalapeño & kale). For chef 10 min me 1 hour though the cauliflower steak took me 90min? Thanks from 🇯🇵

Hey Gordon, I'm starting to get into cooking and I was wondering what should I start off cooking to get me into the swing and get me familiar with cooking?
He's not going to answer you here and it's very unlikely to get an answer on twitter. Gordon does always say the test of a good chef is simply eggs. Learn to cook all varieties of eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled, poached and with each hard, medium and easy done) and perfect the temperature, timing and texture. They're quick and cheap so easy to practice.

@@shesfoxy562 Keep it up! One of the things that had me improve my cooking was controlling my worries that food isn't really well done. Eggs can be a bit runny and still safe to eat, runny yokes in over easy eggs and fluffy but still a little wet scrambled eggs. Try lots of different methods instead of becoming buckled down by one way of cooking them. It may not be your favorite way of eating them, but having experience cooking it that way means you can do it for someone else who does like it.
I used to hate over easy eggs because the runny yoke was intimidating, but it's when you have something to soak up the yoke like hashbrowns or pancakes that makes eating them an experience. I've turned like-minded people who hates runny eggs into their new favorite.

Most important thing he does but doesn't draw attention to is letting a crust form on the cauli before flipping. He's just swirling the pan to redistribute the oil/heat.
