I just did this workout. It's amazing!! I have added it to my fitness playlist. Thanks for telling each time when to inhale and when to exhale. After knowing that Rosè from blackpink does pilates, I've been searching for pilates videos for belly fat loss but never found one that made me feel good and toned afterwards. *UPDATE* this actually works, i did it for 3 months straight until I got too busy and stopped. But it does work, i made my stomach flatter and overall just helped me with my overall health (i don’t run out of breath when i go up the stairs lol). But i also watched what I ate and how much , and I also did some fasting along with stomach massages. For fasting I used the Zero app (i use it til this day) and to watch what i eat i have MyNetDiary to keep a goal of calories.

155cal and I used resistance band on my thighs and did it fasted (I consume less cal when fasted because I don't have that much energy lol)

hey everyone, I’m deciding to do this so I might as well blog it :)
1- didn’t see results just yet, everything hurt so bad like it was excruciating (I haven’t exercised in a while)
2- no results just yet either, it hurt still but not as bad as it did yesterday- my body kind of got used to the feeling
3- didn’t hurt as much at all to be honest, it Still was sore but it’s normal I think. As for change, I still don’t see any but I did just eat before that so does anybody have any recs? Should I eat before or after I exercise and if I eat before should I wait a while to exercise orrrr????

You can do which one you like better or just combine them together. different moves will make it even more effective 💛 don’t forget to add a healthy diet and sleep enough!

I burned 150 but I didn't do the exercises properly so you could burn more if you put in effort
Is she a machine?? She's literally talking and doing pilates with a single break. Its crazy the amount of control she has over her body. And here I am running out of breath after each exercise
The exercise is great and all but my tailbones hurt when I do these exercises. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
Tuck your lower stomach more into the ground. Connect your pelvic area first👌, I suggest pelvic floor workouts to gain strength there and then move onto your abs. Everything is connected
In the first few minutes, i only feel arm pain, nothing in the belly area. I dont think it's working on belly, maybe arms

Not recommended for heavily overweight people
it is too fast for pilates
it's not because in different version you either do one movement for like 1.30 minutes or you do severeal minutes for short interval of time that activate your core. I think this exercises will work if you are consistent with core activation
