Hi Hannah!!! Today, I decide to be very gentle with my body because last night, I was ill by a strong headache caused by my neck. The tension was so hard that I couldn't bear so much pain... This morning, I feel better in spite of some tension still felt. So, this session was really what I needed to do, because of its softness and effectiveness.
