Do you do a different work out every day or what’s your schedule?
this is my first time doing pilates, I started because someone told me its better for getting a flat stomach, and I couldn't even make it halfway through this was insane. it was like my first Chloe ting ab workout. incredible, definitely going to continue trying until I can do the full video easily.

Keep your legs bent to your comfort level, most of us have tight hamstrings! You can also do some stretches for the hamstrings before the workout (find your edge of straightening the legs and breathe deeply for 20-30 seconds, repeat a few times per day), hope this helps!!
