These exercises don't result in "bulking up "of muscles like weighttraining. So I think,I am not required to increase my protein to extremely high level .Correct me if I am wrong.

I put it on pause a few times to catch up with the video. Other than that, the video was precisely what my body needed to find now. It was challenging but not overwhelming for a beginner with lower back pain moderations. Thank you.
