- TABATA FAT BLASTING WORKOUT - Grab your dumbbells and smash through this Tabata HIIT workout packed with fat burning tabata exercises to help you crush calories and your body goals!

There are 3 circuits that make up this dumbbell tabata workout. Complete each circuit 3 x through. 20 secs work/10 Secs rest.
You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this fat loss tabata workout. I used 1 set of 3kg + 5kg + 7kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

The third circuit really got me and I just didn’t do it justice.
But you pushed through and got it done and that’s all that matters!
The 3rd was the toughest, but I'm all in for challenge!
I liked Circuit number two! 💪

That was so much fun! I love that each exercise is only 20 sec, I feel like that helps me prevent injury in some way. I also like that there are 3 times through each set, so the first set, I'm just getting used to the movement so I can go at it hard during the second and third time.
