- NO REPEAT HIIT WITH WEIGHTS - Grab your dumbbells and get ready to sweat with this 45 minute follow along HIIT workout designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout.I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
Complete the circuit of movements 50 seconds work/10 seconds rest

Tested +ve for COVID and still coming through the woods and so this WO felt like am climbing Mt. Everest but working out has been my outlet while in isolation. I thoroughly enjoyed the lunges, push ups, squats. Am never taking natural breathing for granted.
