    I used a set of 7kg/15.5 Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

    So good!!! 310 calories burned!! Did it with 12 and 15 lb weights. Don't always do the same amount of reps that you do...hopefully that will improve!💪

    This looks great!!! Can I just ask….why is the calorie burn mentioned so low compared to other workouts of similar length and intensity??? Is it a typo and meant to start with a 3 instead of a 2??? Xx

      lol! No! I just post the REAL & EXACT calories that I personally burn. Everyone will burn different calories depending on their fitness, height, weight, weights they use, intensity they move at etc
