- KETTLEBELL FULL BODY FAT LOSS & STRENGTH - Torch calories and build serious strength with this at home kettlebell HIIT circuit designed to target your entire body.

There are 4 circuits that make up this total body workout with kettlebell. Complete each circuit 2 x through for 45 secs work/15 Secs rest. Have 30 seconds rest between circuits.
You'll need a moderately heavy to heavy kettlebell to complete this kettlebell full body fat loss workout I used 1 x 8kg + 1 x 12kg kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.

Day 15 ! Penny, I absolutely loved this workout. Kettlebells ( and skipping ) are my absolute fave. Although I was sad to see this is the only kettlebell workout this month, I appreciate how you work the option of bells into soooo many other workouts for those who are obsessed! Loved the class! Especially the way Penny smiled the ENTIRE time. One suggestion: I can't do backward lunges with a kettlebell because of balance challenges. But I can do curtesy lunges with the kettlebell. That would be a great modification. More kettlebell classes please!

Because this was for kettlebells, I reached for my heaviest dumbbell and used it the whole way thru. I had no idea I could do rows and one arm presses with my 15lb 🤯 Thanks for the push, Penny! Oh, and I can finally get up during the 2nd set of get ups! 😊

Fantastic start to the week loved it and I managed to use my 8 kg kettlebell throughout most of the workout usually it’s my 6kg kettlebell feeling stronger may have to invest in 10kg kettlebell soon 😍💪💪thank you penny once again another fun workout x

A beautiful one. Very doable, not overly exerting but just challenging to the right level. Breezed through it ok, with 20 kg kettlebell except for the final floor getup set, as I cannot get myself up from the floor without the help of hands (if you know how to train to get to do this, please share a video). .... anyway thanks for another great workout.

Luved it did 3 rounds of each woohoo with proper form, can't do the last exercise switched it to sit-up one day I'll be strong enough to do it, the candlestick move one say 💪💪💪
Absolutely you will be. I've been using the reverse burpee, ninja burpee and getups throughout this series and have often been showing the technique as the modification as a way for everyone to practice the move!
