That chili oil is absolutely delicious and I'm suprised at how mild it is (compared to the commercial one's I've bought) ! I can add it to almost anything for a flavour pop without overpowering the dish with too much heat. So good.
and to think my subbing started with wanting to learn how to make my own hot oil sauce out of trillions of choices glad I picked the right one. Just in time for Lent and beyond.

This has been the only vegan banana bread that finally came out right in texture ! ! I can't have caffeine so I just added more coconut milk. I was also missing a banana so I used blueberries🥰🍌🥥🍞
