      Could you explain why? I wanted to use this video as training tutorial but I don't know what would be a proper form for clean and jerk.

      You shouldnt wobble up and down on your heal and toe when you jerk. Keep The foot flat. And put even more focus into The extension of The arm.

      Maybe she did it just a little extra push? She is been working quite heavily. I Don't mean it's wrong what you say, and i will perform this as your indication actually, cause personally, it's more important to do it right for my body and then gradually lift heavier.
