If you want to do the burrito as prep:
Cook all the ingredients and make sure to cook the eggs all the way through
Roll all your burritos
Let cool fully (maybe in parchment paper, haven’t tried that)
Place on a sheet pan in the freezer to freeze through
Then remove and bag, removing extra air and return it to freezer
Reheat time will vary by thickness and microwave, but I usually reheat frozen food by doing 1 minute ones 50% power until it’s thawed all the way through, then 1 minute bursts at full or 70% power until hot enough.

Have been avoiding egg dishes b/c I’ve been on a huge overnight oats kick for breakfast, but that burrito low key looks bomb.
I was inspired by your snack city idea. and made a lot of high protein and nutritious muffins. I now have an mini freezer full of muffins. This morning I ate 4 homemade muffins for breakfast. With a total macros of 608kcal, 76g of carb, 16g fat, 43g protein, 11g fiber, 21g of sugar.

A pepper mill would save you a lot of time compared to mortar and pestle. I'd recommend something from Peugot or the Unicorn Magnum.

That breakfast burrito, you slacking broooo. You HAVE to put the Chipotle aioli sauce as the base!!!! I do this every morning, but I use 1 piece of sausage and cheddar cheese.

I started bulking and I have made some modifications to the recipes to add more calories, but the only one that I have maintained as it is is the $1 pizza meal prep. I always make like 10 doughs in advance.
$1 meal prep seems to be pretty much goated at this point. So happy you met your fat loss goals and now it is bulking season!!!

I like your channel! However the title of this video featuring “no time to cook” is misleading. You’ve done a lot of meal prep. That counts as cooking. Secondly, you’re only able to make quick & easy meals because of the countless hours you’ve spent in the kitchen streamlining your process, ingredient selection & meal planning. I’m thankful you’re sharing what you’ve learned - but - someone with little experience will have to go through a similar learning curve before cooking is quick & easy.

Insoluble fiber/soluble fiber are counted as carbs, but aren’t digested so no calories or only contribute X calories per gram.
Love it... but as always, I am just blown away you don't bulk it up with veggies a lot more. For example, in the eggs mix in onions and peppers cooked up soft and scrambled with the eggs. Volumize that food! It isn't like onions and peppers are adding much in the way of calories, it is more food to help you feel full, more fiber, and it tasks great with a breakfast burrito. Volume eating for the win.
I think it’s cause the goal to do the least amount of cooking possible
@@NoFairiesAllowed The trick I have found is to buy bags of the frozen pre-cut onions and peppers. Put them in a pan with just a tiny amount of water (not quite enough to cover the bottom) and cover. Bring to a boil, uncover and stir occasionally and boil off the water (remaining and what the veggies release).
You can cook up a container of these so you just have it ready to go and throw in with the eggs when scrambling and it comes out awesome (I do the same thing with turkey sausage in my eggs).
I buy the frozen peppers and onions and use the calorie free olive oil spray. That stuff let's you "fry" stuff without using oil. Also butter spray is amazing and calorie free. I spray it on corn, toast, etc.@@seanmahoney2671
Any help with getting the spice grams correct? My good scale doesn’t do 1gm accurately, so my spices get out of whack when I’m doing grams. Scale recommendations or conversions from grams to tsp?

Parchment paper? I mean that makes sense I guess, if it's hot and aromatics are steaming through the bread. It's just that I always thought that the flavor from paper-wrapped fast food came from MSG.

that burrito could be done quicker tbh, it depends how you like your eggs. but that egg seemed really dry like it was overcooked. the cheese will help with that, but you can literally cook that in under 3 mins, so your prep is even faster. especially as you are chucking it in the microwave also whilst wrapped
If you could make a somewhat affordable frozen breakfast burrito meal prep, that would be GASS 🔥

They’re egg beaters, which are egg whites with vitamins/minerals added and a natural pigment for the yellow color.

Those are egg whites with added color and flavor to mimic whole mixed egg. They don't exactly do the trick for me since that egg white texture is still there. But What I have been doing is adding 6 grams of unflavored whey protein per serving and it helps to give it a whole egg texture with extra protein.

I eat Greek yogurt, eggs, steak, fruits, honey and easily get in 200-240g protein while eating only 2400-2800 calories

Pro-tip: take the pepperoni, sandwich them between two pieces of paper towel, place them down between two dinner plates, then run it in the microwave for about 40-60 seconds. You'll cut the fat in half.

Try doing it as a vegan on a budget then as a vegtarian on a budget .

I find myself saving almost every recipe from your channel.
I’m a ~200lb male (low 20s body fat), and my sedentary maintenance is at 2300ish cals. I’d have to eat 1300 cals a week to lose 2lbs a week, and probably even less for others.
Better to eat a 500 deficit and just do cardio to top it up

I'm 182cm or 6ft tall and have to eat 1800kcal just to maintain my weight and it sucks.

@@Exercise4CheatMeals 87kg. I was 84 2 weeks ago. I'm eating 2200kcal every day now and slowly gaining some weight back. That's because I got hit by the hunger increase that happens after weight loss. I read it lasts a whole year.
Part of me not eating less is also that I got 2 surprise bills so I have to eat what I have and can't buy potatoes which is my #1 low kcal food.
