Hey Jue. There is this cool sequence called bulking and cutting. I also sometimes show what I would eat in a day IF I was cutting. These type of videos help my clients immensely. All that said, I am currently on a cut for summer.

@@arielshahar8150 Basically the only difference is calories. You can eat more of the same stuff. Calories In > Calories Out = Bulk. Calories In < Calories Out = Cut. Heavy on the protein helps for a cut, but it would also help for a clean bulk. It's just harder to do than getting your extra calories from carbs/fat.

Hey man, just wanted to say that your videos are awesome. I can't even imagine how useful your channel is for someone who's new to cooking. You really maximize recipes for easiness, tastiness, health, while keeping cost low. Love this dude's content. Got the cookbook and been using it for weeks now. Didn’t expect it to be so good for single serving dishes and have loved everything I've made from it.
I think my only nitpick would be that there's no straight forward way to do a creamii version of the blender icecreams in the book. A bunch of the blender icecreams are really good but are either higher calorie, take more time, or are just more volume than I want sometimes.
I've had some success adjusting it on my own but it's gonna take me a while to figure out good ways to do it.

Hey just bought the book, I have one small piece of feedback I hope you can implement. Under Macros the serving size is not clear. For example something like the $1 pizza may say "1 serving", but I think being more clear would help a lot. Unless you watch the video beforehand or during the reader may never use the recipe because they may assume one serving could mean 1 slice.
It makes using the book a little frustrating because it feels as if you NEED to watch the UA-cam video.
    Keep up the great work!
