6.0 LS gains with a tune!

The truck is a 6.0 lq4, has a cold air intake, and a set of duel exhaust with mismatched mufflers, I know there was maybe 2 tenths left in the tune, but this is just an idea on what a tune will give you on one of these old gassers.
