- This is a 15 minute beginner yoga practice that focuses on foundational standing poses, including standing forward bends, triangle, side angle, warrior II, and yoga squat. Standing poses improve balance, stability, strength and flexibility in the whole body. No props are required for this practice, but I will demonstrate how to use a yoga block to modify the poses if you wish. Enjoy!
