Since I discovered standing yoga, downloaded and follow your channel. Even on days I don't feel like practice, I can just take a 15-minute standing yoga and I feel good and stretched. I recommend this for anyone struggling with self discipline or not willing to face the downdogs😊 thank you for your great video.

Woohoo. No downward dog 😅. In a nice hotel for 3 more weeks of working nights here in the Bay Area and doing DD with my knuckles, because I didn't bring my mat can be even more difficult, but not impossible since I do push ups that way as well. My knuckles thank you for the break😁

Thank you so much, this was a great sequence! I loved all the twists.
This was an excellent practice, and it made me realise how out of condition I've become post-surgery. Something I used to do with ease, such as the chair pose and twists, I found to be fairly difficult. All the more reason that I need to do these yoga practices daily, and increase the length back up to at least 30 minutes 🙏🧘♀️❤ ~ Mandy
Your body has gone through a lot with surgery so make sure to give yourself proper time to heal and regain the strength :) Yoga will always be there for you))

So I seem to prefer standing yoga over sitting, warrior 2 over downward dog etc and what I’m wondering is when people practice yoga are there moves considered more suited for men than women?
Is all practice considered safe for all bodies? I don’t feel very flexible in the hips or doing sitting bending for example but very strong and flexible in chair pose for example
