I worry about the FL sun/ heat frying the unit. Direct sun while driving in the summer afternoon is hot enough for me, much more for electronics. A parked car, in the sun for hours could get up to 140 degrees. Please advise .
@@debb6054 Good question. The camera stand is magnetic, so the camera can be removed very easily and reinstalled just as easily, as shown at 3:44. If you're going to be parked in the sun all day, you can simply remove the camera and store it in the glovebox; it would take no longer than 10 seconds to store it.

Same brand but I believe it’s a different model. I’ve had this one for about 9 months and haven’t had any issues.
