    A useful video - thanks!
All these small things like things that creak, squeak, scrape or don't move well make a big difference in the quality feel of a home - and it is too often overlooked, or people are scared to try fixing it.
Many of these things can work like new again with just disassembly, cleaning and correct lubrication. And if you are scared that you won't know how to put it together again - just take a bunch of pictures while disassembling. That way you can do it in reverse if you get stuck somewhere.

Get yourself distilled vinegar 5% strength or higher put it in a spray bottle and once a week spray down your taps. Vinegar is a great natural descale and sanitiser.

So far I haven't had a sticking tap.

A good video BUT, you fitted the colour plug back the wrong way, Red started on the right, and you replaced it back on the left. I like what you have done anyhow, most plumbers cant repair, they can only replace, but that’s because of cost. I repair all my own, i get strange looks when i ask for a repair kit. Keep up the good work.

Using a thin blade of a utility knife as a pry bar is not recommended, it could easily snap, and whoa! There goes an eye. Also plug in to the water outlet in case of dropped screws etc, and the non moving jaw of pliers should be taking the strain.

Always put the sink/bath plug in when working on taps. Why? There is a good chance you could drop one of the screws or small fittings and it disapears down the drain.
If using one of those butchers tools like he did , or any sort of adjustable, always use it such that the weight is on the fixed jaw, he used those 'slip lock' pliers the wrong way.
A way to remove scale is to use malt vinegar, which is slightly acidic and will dissolve limescale. When refitting the element retaining nut , add some vaseline or silicon grease to the threads, this will allow it to be removed easier next time, this goes for anything threaded on any item you might be working on.
I didn't see any reason for any Audio or subtitles, it was quite straight forward without listening to someone talk who likes to hear the sound of his own voice as most U-Tubers seem to do. If you incapable of doing the repair without any other information, then don't do it.
