I love Chef Martin. He's not the know-it-all kind of chef. He admits to not knowing everything. Very humble. Yung mga ganitong chef ang masaya panoorin. Hindi boring, hindi nakakainis, very generous din sa tips! More vids pa from him sana.

Try putting in lemon curd whipped cream filling instead of the traditional yema.. used the egg yolks for lemon curd as well
