This 40-minute TOTAL BODY YOGA PILATES FUSION WORKOUT tones your arms, shoulders, core, back, legs and glutes and is a great way to not only improve overall strength, but also flexibility due to some yoga poses inbetween! I love how you combine the movements between yoga and pilates-it is unique from anyone else I follow & the whole flow just feels so good (and bad ;))!
1st time doing ur workouts. Honestly, it hit all areas. Wrist intensive right out of the gate or the 1st half. I did dolphin instead of down dog a few times. Also, criss cross isn't the LAST exercise. Get ready for a roll up or 2. Lol. Thank you!

Really enjoyed doing it this morning. I was feeling my body more relaxed and it was actually not that tough. Just enough to have a good sweat and feel sooooo good ❤😊🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I LOVE all your workouts.
Tough one, did this for the first Time and wasn't able to keep up at the godess part... But I took a break and continued for the rest of the workout ! Hope i will do better next Time!
