    Hello Jessica I had a c section 11 months ago today and a friend of mine told me to try pilates . Long story short you have helped me so much in getting strength back in my core with the help of God of course .I am now pregnant again and I am wondering any work outs for pregnant woman .Anyways thank you so much for your dedication to your craft and sharing it with the world ❤

    Thank you for your UA-cam videos. I had 2 major joint replacement surgeries 6 months apart. Joining your challenge is not for me yet. I have set a goal of walking every day and I try to do your 10 minute balance video. That has helped. ❤

    Hi Jessica! I'm new to your workouts and am enjoying them (mostly have done gentle and beginner 10-15 minute Pilates workouts). I have been an advanced "exerciser" up until about 3 months ago, but am dealing with recovering from a shoulder fracture and ankle sprain (left shoulder, left ankle -- I'm about 3 and a half months into recovery so moving lots more than I was and getting stronger little but little but still very restricted in movement of my left arm/shoulder and still weaker than I'm used to on my left -- doing mostly low impact cardio/walks, my daily PT exercises and weekly PT appointments, and your gentle/basic pilates as mentioned). Do you think someone like me can still handle this challenge? Thanks so much! The videos I've used so far have been wonderful and have helped me stretch in ways I wasn't able to a few months ago!

    I love your videos, they have helped me a lot,but now as I got inguinal hernia ,I am interested what kind of exercises I could do.If you have knowledge about suitable exercises for people with inguinal hernia,it would be interesting to share them with us.Thank you in advance and stay blessed❤
