I'm in recovery from carpal tunnel release surgery and this was a great way to ease back into working out. I just kept my left arm (surgery hand) tight to my body and it worked great. I really do miss my weights, though :(

This got the sweat flying - yesss. I have such a hard time sustaining high knees, so that tiny little break to touch the floor and bring your knee back up worked great!
Love this low impact cardio workout. I added it on to today’s strength and conditioning workout, and it was great for an add on. I will love this for days when I’m low on energy but want to move too. It’s quick, fun and fast paced. Love the no repeats and kick boxing moves too! ❤

I REALLY loved this one! Now when I am traveling and unable to go for a walk, I can do this! I slowly marched in place on the breaks and ended up with 1614 steps! Then added the bi, tri, shoulder workout along with the dead bug workout and it make for a perfect routine. Thank you as always for the incredible content.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this but it was a fast, fun, cardio blast! I was going to add it on to a run (ha! Kind of silly now that i think about it), but I am going to finish up with cardio now that I got some steps in instead!
I strained my knee over a month ago and this is my first NML WO after resting and it was perfect!! You can take it as easy as you need to!! So good to sweat again!! I say yes to kickboxing with low impact mod!!! It’s my favorite WO!!! And you are definitely my Jane Fonda!!! 🫶🏼
