    I am really enjoying your 10 or 15 minute standing or low impact cardio wkouts. They are perfect for those like me who dislikes hiit or cardio but feel that I still need to get a bit in atleast on my days off from weights. This left me with enough energy still for abs and the moves were not too dynamic for risk of injury. Please make more of these your ones always seem to hit the spot.     Perfect for my sore, low-on-time day! Also, I'm always amazed how Lindsay & Rachel always look like pros, while I'm flopping around like a fish out of water 😆 Flopping is effective too!

      I tell myself this too! I'm moving, doesn't matter how it looks. I just pretend I look like them doing it. 😂

    I love stacking the shorter workouts! Cardio is always a great way to begin and raise the heartrate!

    That was fun! Rachel is right, it’s a mental work out too! I couldn’t get the hang of one of the last moves, the forward then back. Haha I’ll keep trying!

    I'm not a big fan of cardio and being quite out of shape I was dreading it a bit. But it was really fun!! 😊Somehow I even got an extra energy boost by the half point and from there I was just killing it till the end! Sweating bullets but really happy 😊 Day 3 of the 30-Day Beginner Workout Plan done! Thank you for all that you do!

    This was epic!! Thank you girls. I was having a low energy day and did this with the intention of only doing 10 minutes. I landed up repeating this x 3 cause it was that good!!

    Do you have any videos that can help me learn how to build up the body strength? I feel like as my babies get bigger, I get more and more back and neck pain… I can barely do two push-ups and I really don’t know where to start to change that…Lower body workouts are going great! It’s just upper body that I’m not sure what to do with.

    July 31, 2024: I had to slow down the pace because I was wearing a 10-lb. weighted vest and 5-lb. ankle weights. Otherwise, it was great! 💪🏽

    Anyone know if this is safe 2 weeks post partum after a not serious 3rd degree tear? I feel okay but know sometimes I overdue things and im not sure if I'm being dumb.

    This was perfect. I’m traveling for work and at a hotel. Went to the hotel gym for 30 minutes and finished with this cardio burst in the hotel room 😂 Raised my heart rate higher than when I was in the gym for 30 minutes! 🥵

    The row move was a fun surprise. :-) This was a perfect quick burst...normally I do a short walk outside in the morning but it's raining today...I did this instead and I feel energized.
