@@mashuu_ nah, i am not blessed, Dani Pedrosa is 5'2''. Believe in yourself, start with a smaller bike, get the balance right and you can ride any bike.

Don't forget to practically put your chin over your gear shift each & every time as you come to a stop; bike will lean left everytime. Stupid simple, but sometimes overlooked (I know I did for a while& couldn't figure out why it'd "randomly" lean right).
Short or not, you'll never look like an idiot wobbling from one foot to the other last sec when stopping. I just imagine that's probably more problematic & potentially irrecoverable the shorter you are, ie drop your bike

The bike has an aggressive seating position so not the best for city riding, but it is not bad.
im considering buying this bike im 5.7, skill matters more than height but some things to consider, going reverse its gonna be a pain and you wont have and much control over the bike when stopped, however all that can be managed, i ll most likely buy this bike and i already have my z650, when i have both my plan is to use the z650 for daily commute and use the zx6r more for going out with friends and enjoying myself, i still love the z650, super comfortable and enogh power to deal with all kind of traffic, i can also ride it for 3 hours and have no issues at all, wich is something i dont expect the zx6r to do xD, soo for me having both will be better

If u mean from crotch to ground then I'm like 27.5" inseam. If I find out I can only ride small cruisers then I would rather not get into riding at all. It's sport bikes or none for me.
I'm 5'2 and live in an area with some hardcore hills, plus, i daily drive my motorcycles, so i need to be able to park them in reverse and all that fun stuff. In conclusion: i'm fucked out of the ZX6 LOL

not sure but some 5'8 peope can flatfoot, but i think their legs are longer than their body

What do you guys think about a lowering kit for my bike im 5'7" and im ready to upgrade from my ninja 400 to a 600 would a lowering kit for better or not and why not thank you.
Supposedly lowering the bike will mess with the handling, but if you’re not taking it to the Twisties or track you should be fine

A 5.5 with a 32 seam will mostly be ok, a 5.5 with 30 seam will struggle.

Have you guys considered lowering kits... this could get lower 1 inch (30mm) and use a bit tall riding shoes etc.

lil' OOT but did you just left the bike turned off that u don't shift the gear up after turning on the bike 4:52 ? i thought i must not to leave the bike off on any gear but Neutral
You can turn it off in gear that isn’t a problem. If you leave it in neutral your bike can still roll. So only leave it neutral on flat ground or else your bike is rolling away

If you don't know, you shouldn't be looking. To ask that says that person doesn't have any experience with even smaller 600's. If they did, they would have ridden around, seen what they liked about their previous bike experiences & what they would want on an upgraded bike; make an educated decision based off of their own experiences.

There’s probably a way to get it that low. The r7 seat height is actually taller than the zx6r by a tiny bit so you should be fine
I didn't know these sit so high I'm the same height as you and I sat on a cbr600 and could flat foot it this bike seems to sit like a 1000cc
Yeah it’s a 32.7” seat height the Yamaha r6 is even taller at 33.5”

Uphill is fine. I only had one time at a steep downhill that was a little sketchy, but it was fine

im 4’11 and ride a lowered n400. ive tried the 636 and its definitely harder but not impossible. i wear platform vans when i want the extra height too. you just have to learn to do slow speeds and stop on one foot, otherwise riding is all the same :)

No lowering links do not ruin the ride, lowering the Monoshock ruins the ride. Jag Moto bro LOL You have to have a tall torso. Because I'm arguably shorter in my old age, I wear a 30-30 blue jean, so I only have a 30 inch inseam, and I sit Tippy Toe at stock height. Always drop mine bikes down with a lowering link 2 inches on 1,000 and above 3 in on 600 and 750, and then I'm super comfortable

@@JagMoto636 I had the dealership do it for me and i ran out of money so i went the cheaper route but they just bought aftermarket brackets with 1inch, 1.5, 2, and 2.5inch set holes. Was only 50 bucks.
