The very best 'Keto Cheese (Naan) Bread' - Easy to make, low carb goodness! Adults and kids love it!

- This delicious keto cheese bread, Naan bread, is a low carb bread that doesn't contain the inflammatory and heavy wholewheat and wholegrains that make traditional bread so carbohydrate dense. In this keto cheese bread, you'll find ingredients that are wholesome and low in carbohydrates, such as almond flour, eggs and Greek yogurt. This is a low carb, easy to make recipe that everyone in the family will love!
Recipe!
1 1/2c. almond flour
1 T. baking powder
1 t. Himalayan salt
2 lg. eggs
Whisk all in small bowl
In larger, microwave-safe bowl add
3c. shredded mozzarella
2 T. Greek yogurt
Melt tin microwave.
Add bowl 1 to melted cheese bowl, and mix by hand until color is uniform rather than marbled.
Divide into 8 balls. Flatten to 1/4-1/2”. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 8-10 min. @ 375.
At 4-5 min., turn bread over.
Serve warm with opt. garlic butter.

That’s awesome! I bet she would love making this recipe with you ♥️ One piece of keto naan has just around 6 grams net carbs. Traditional naan bread has around 40 grams net carbs. So, this will be a win! 🤗
@@powerup7933 Yes! And my PJ loves cheese twists from DUNKIN, so these will be so much better for him. He is only 5yrs but has quite a big appetite . Doctor said he is going to be at least 6' tall. So I am trying to introduce him to better choices. Your Evan already has picked up to your healthy choices. I could tell by his conversation with you. Oreos are PJ's favorites to. I always mix my almond flour with my cheese before melting. This makes it easier to mix. Can you tell me if this would change the consistency?
For meal.prep Do you.cook first then freeze or.freeze dough then bake.later
I’ve not tried freezing these. I do know they will keep well for three days in the refrigerator.
