Welcome to Day 23 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we'll stretch from head to toe as a way to release tightness and tension from our joints and muscles. We'll begin with some standing forward folds like ragdoll and wide legged fold before getting low to the ground with broken wing pose and child's pose. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required.

Thank you # Good Evening. I have been doing this for the month of October and I just wanted to say thank you. I had really almost quite doing any yoga especially after the pandemic. I found so many reason NOT to do it. I ran across your channel, and thought I will just give this a try. 15 minutes. That can't hurt and I have loved it. I look forward to my nightly 15 minutes and my body is slowly starting to like to move again. It has made me realized how much yoga can help you and also make you feel so much better even 15 minutes. So if you should see this.. I really want to say thank you and I can't wait to do more and longer sessions soon. namaste.
